A bunch of my Runnin for Rhett buddies and I play pickleball every Friday evening, then we all head over for pizza and beer. The social side of pickleball is one of the great attributes of the game. You may have noticed that Brian England and I have had a friendly debate on some of those attributes lately and have even come up with our own custom hashtags. We moved to South Sacramento in 1987 and soon found an awesome restaurant with an outstanding breakfast selection, the Stagecoach in Sacramento. When we moved to Elk Gove ten years later, we were happy to discover that there was a Stagecoach in Elk Grove. We love both locations, but we usually visit the Elk Grove location. What is good? Chicken Fried Steak is our family's favorite, but the large portions make it best for those special occasions when you are really hungry. A few days ago, I was reviewing offers with my clients. They paused and said, "you know, you do more than most agents, why?" I have found that most real estate agents are very generous, but who knows?
