Elk Grove These charts show sold homes that went into contract early in the year, mostly January and February. Doesn't that seem like a lifetime ago? The stay at home order due to COVID 19 has created a lot of market uncertainty not reflected in these past numbers. The pandemic has definitely affected our Elk Grove market; 11 homes were put on hold and 11 listing contracts were canceled since the middle of March. The number (13 comments)

Our Lakeside neighborhood has been using Nextdoor for awhile now and have enjoyed many discussions, shared infomation and referrals, helped find some lost pets and learned a little more about each other. Every three months, I update one of my websites for the Laguna West-Lakeside area of Elk Grove. One area of the website tracks real estate. The updating has been pretty routine the last few times I did this task. Our area has been trending sideways for quite some time. I was recently surprised by a low appraisal of a property that one of my clients is trying to purchase. When I looked at the comps, I was surprised to see how much value the comps were reduced by the appraiser to reflect sales that occured only three months back. lakeside real estate: Laguna West-Lakeside Fall Colors, Not Bad for the West Coast

This is the main entrance to Lakeside in November. Spring is nice, but I love the fall. The designer picked some great looking trees for the area. The predominant tree in the area is the fruitless pear. It is the vibrant red tree in the center of the picture. The Maple, Oak, Fruitless Plum, Crepe Myrtle and, my favorite, the Chinese Pistache tree are just some of the trees featured in our community.
Our streets are lined with Fruitless Pairs. This is one particularly nice stretch of Maritime Drive and very close to my families home. In the spring, these (2 comments)
