Our family toasted in the New Year a little early yesterday evening with a Golden Cadillac. It is a cocktail made world famous at Poor Red's in the town of El Dorado, CA. It is served in a champagne glass with a larger glass of it on the side, like milkshakes are served. It is a tasty drink and reminds me of a story. Actually, the story of how I met my wife.
