The Keauhou View Estates Subdivision in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii was built from 1999 to 2002. The developer, Towne Development, offered four floor plans from 1,100 to just over 1,500 square feet. Lot sizes range from about 7,000 to 9,000 square feet. There are sidewalks, streetlights and underground utilities including sewer which is not very common in Kailua-Kona due to the rocky ground.
