For those agents, I have this to say. You need to do open houses. So many agents will tell me the same thing over and over again. " Open houses don't sell homes.." or " It's not worth my time to do an open house." WHAT??? In the past weeks I have had going to open houses on Sunday's.. Some houses don't get the responses of others, yes I understand that. You need to more directional signs out, ALL four directions.. Point those signs on all of the major streets … (5 comments)
