The reports are in... and as we begin 2016, we're continuing to find that buyer demand continues to outpace the supply of homes for sale.
The National Association of REALTORS’ (NAR) Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun recently commented on the inventory shortage: “While feedback from REALTORS® continues to suggest healthy levels of buyer interest, available listings that are move-in ready and in affordable price ranges remain hard to come by for many would-be buyers.” 
The latest Existing Home Sales Report shows that Nationwide, there is currently a 5.1-month supply of homes for sale. This remains lower than the 6-month supply necessary for a normal market and well below … (0 comments)

Welcome to 2016! Homes and people are starting to move!  
This past week we saw 19 homes sell in Manteca... the prices ranged from $264,000 - $550,000; and size from 924sf-3392sf.
Biggest question this month?  How many days on the market?  The shortest time on market was 3 days. The longest, 285 days, withan average of 41 days -- and this over a month filled with holidays.
