I was chatting with my coach the other day, and she asked me, "What do you think YOUR clients appreciate MOST about you as a Realtor?" Although initially I thought it was my years of experience and knowledge of the market, or maybe my ability to negotiate, the reality is... I think people appreciate my ability and willingness to listen. (My team &) I truly want to understand exactly what it is you want, and WHY you want it. Can you believe we're already into the 3rd week of February?!
I hope you had an amazing Valentine's Day! This pre-spring market has really picked up! We've just listed another home this week, and are in the preliminary stages before listing with 2 other home sellers. This is alwaysexciting, because often I know of someone looking for JUST that exact home. It's just amatter of finding the home to sell! I'm sure that you've heard that the Spring Market is the time to sell your home. The reason this idea is so popular is that yes, a LARGE number of homes sell between April and June, EVERY YEAR. Because of this, many homeowners, like yourself, might wait to put their homes on the market until then.
The question is whether or not that will be a good strategy this year.

The reports are in... and as we begin 2016, we're continuing to find that buyer demand continues to outpace the supply of homes for sale.
The National Association of REALTORS’ (NAR) Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun recently commented on the inventory shortage: “While feedback from REALTORS® continues to suggest healthy levels of buyer interest, available listings that are move-in ready and in affordable price ranges remain hard to come by for many would-be buyers.”
The latest Existing Home Sales Report shows that Nationwide, there is currently a 5.1-month supply of homes for sale. This remains lower than the 6-month supply necessary for a normal market and well below … (0 comments)
