I'm sure that you've heard that the Spring Market is the time to sell your home. The reason this idea is so popular is that yes, a LARGE number of homes sell between April and June, EVERY YEAR. Because of this, many homeowners, like yourself, might wait to put their homes on the market until then. 
The question is whether or not that will be a good strategy this year.

The reports are in... and as we begin 2016, we're continuing to find that buyer demand continues to outpace the supply of homes for sale.
 
The National Association of REALTORS’ (NAR) Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun recently commented on the inventory shortage: “While feedback from REALTORS® continues to suggest healthy levels of buyer interest, available listings that are move-in ready and in affordable price ranges remain hard to come by for many would-be buyers.” 
 
The latest Existing Home Sales Report shows that Nationwide, there is currently a 5.1-month supply of homes for sale. This remains lower than the 6-month supply necessary for a normal market and well below … (0 comments)
