Were you one of the many to see Batman v Superman this weekend? Can you believe it's showing at over 19,700 screens across 39 territories across the globe? Do you know that it has had the largest opening in $ of any superhero movie to date?? Talk about the power of hype! Do you believe that you need a credit score of 800, 20% down, and your first-born to buy a home in Tracy? I love the message of the constant battle of good and evil. It's one that never grows old. What's also fun for me is to see WHAT environments people call home. I mean, could you live like Jabba? Or maybe in the sterile environment of a death star? And how we all love having an anchor that feels like home -- in this case (0 comments)

We hope that you spent some time filling your soul, as well as your tummy this weekend. We did! And now that the tryptophan has worn off, we're energized and ready to help you find your next home by the end of the year. Let's see what happened on the market while we were all giving thanks... This week in Tracy, we saw 11 listings added, ranging in price from $279,000 - $759,900; and in size from 1040sf - 3352sf. In addition, there were two foreclosures and two short sales, this week.
