Experienced Short Sale Agent in Mission Viejo It's no surprise the government and many other Real Estate experts project a record number of short sales in 2012. I believe they will continue thru 2013. Hopefully the powers that be will realize this and extend the tax relief deadline past 12/31/12.It's bad enough people are losing their homes that they would have to pay tax on the debt relief.
