Buying Multi-families is a limited risk with a limited downside Wow!!! What an ideal time to buy investment property. Interest rates are low. Many people are in a mindset to rent instead of own. Our population is growing and real estate development has slowed down.Have you thought about a multi-family investment as an owner occupant or an investor? How about buying one with one of your children who is just starting out?
