Check out this great chart on residential Homes In Wentzville, MO Although Wentzville sits on the outskirts of the growth that's happened in the St. Louis area over the past 10 years, values seem to be mostly constant. Usually outlying areas such as Wentzville are hit the hardest in a real estate downturn. This being due to the reduced values encouraging people to stay closer to their jobs etc. However, (although prices are somewhat currently trending down) price per square foot is trending up.
