During the first quarter of this year, the number of bank-owned homes for sale in Los Angeles County was averaging right around 60 units. As we entered the 2nd quarter this number came down to 35 units per month. As of August, the number of foreclosures for sale in Los Angeles County hit 84 units which we have not seen in a while.
