Fisher Hill of White Plains, NY is a residential neighborhood located on the western edge of White Plains, NY, right up against the Scarsdale border. Heading south, many of the streets merge seamlessly from White Plains into Scarsdale. This neighborhood consists of a mix of single family, and multi-family housing including coops and two-family homes.
