I'm middle aged. Life has been good. Life in real estate (as an investor and agent) has been great. I've been considering my chosen profession. I love this business. I love helping others create wealth by buying real estate. In Jan or Feb of this year, Greg Habstritt, who has been investing in Real Estate for many years and runs Investors Agent in Calgary, predicted oil would hit $100 per barrel by Christmas 2007.
