tn: Multiple Multi-Lock Keys! - 08/20/06 03:57 AM
In the good old days, I had to keep up with two important things each day and make sure I did not leave home without them.  I had my trusty cell phone and my palm pilot which also served as my Supra multilock key.  But then, the Middle Tennessee Board of Realtors decided to make my life easier and also more economical.  Enter the new and improved, super efficient Sentrilock key.   Notice I said "Sentrilock" and not Supralock.
After accumulating a nice supply of Supralocks for my listings and loving my palm pilot/multikey I thought I was set.  Now I'm told that our Board is changing … (4 comments)

tn: Brentwood Sewage Treatment Plant Becomes Deerwood Nature Area - 08/18/06 01:50 PM
Brentwood TN was a community of farms until Brentwood Estates was developed in 1960.  As more subdivision began to open in Brentwood, the city soon outgrew its water supply and starting purchasing water from Harpeth Valley Utility District.  The city then purchased 27 acres and constructed a sewage treatment plan and pumping station.
In 1983, the EPA placed a sewer moratorium on the city which lasted for seventeen month.  This moratorium forced the closing of the existing treatment plant.  It is interesting to note that this is where the one acre minimum lot requirement originally started for the City of Brentwood.    The … (0 comments)
