One of the best ways to Receive a referral is to Give a referral. I enjoy passing referrals to others professionals who I know and trust. Trust is key here. You must have confidence that the person to whom you're referring will follow up quickly and professionally. The referral is a direct reflection back to you. Having a data base of local tradespeople as well as mortgage professionals, home inspectors and attorneys is an excellent benefit to give your clients.
