Looking for a career that doesn't include math? Forget Real Estate! Not only do you need a basic knowledge as to how to calculate a Buyers debt to income ratio and their house payment you also need to know things like square feet in an acre, price per square foot of a building and on and on. PLUS you need to know your Addition. Even in a small town/city like Minot ND it helps to know your ADDITIONS. To the right, highlited in yellow is Minot's Riverside Addition.
