Kat Palmiotti commented on my post yesterday, Foundem! and her comment made me think of an embarrassing moment while I was showing a property to a developer I had recently formed a friendship with. It went something like this: Actually it was almost exactly like that. We had just got out of the car and had taken a dozen steps towards the property and BOOM! Why was Timmothy's car smoking? Because Dad did a stupid thing. He threw this under the hood to warm it up. Whether the idea was stupid or genius the placement of the heat gun was definitely stupid. When I laid it on the engine I failed to realize I put the hot metal end of the heat gun on top of the plastic oil filter cap. The cap tried it's best not to go up in flames after an hour it gave into the heat. The smoke was actually the plastic had caught fire. Lucky for me the oil inside the filter had not … (24 comments)

The big old gas pig let me down on Monday. It was quite a sight to see, for my top client and myself. We had a good laugh over it but now I'm driving Mom's car with the license plates TNTSMOM. Both my kids have the initials TNT thus the plates TNTSMOM. I thought they were really cute but I never counted on me driving it. Let me tell you quick about the temporary demize of the big gas pig.
