If it's going to rain cats and dogs let's hope both are small. Not the size of my Baby. In Philemon's case he had nothing to do with it raining cats and dogs but when it's you and me we usual contribute to it if not outright cause it. Of course raining cats and dogs can be a WONDERFUL thing. Such as when our marketing efforts makes it rain cats and dogs in results. Results that make us money! Then there are those times when it's NOT so wonderful. In example I could/should have waited for my slow business time before moving my office. … (15 comments)
