This plaque was cast prior to the 2011 flood which was much more devastating than the 1969 flood. Several homes were lost in 2011 and some out of State contractors came here to make a fast buck and flipped homes in a very shoddy fashion. Minot's Eastwood Park Christmas Lights I just drove through Minot's Historical District, Eastwood Park, after dropping my daughter off at her friends and I thought I'd take a few pics along the way. The decorating is far from spectacular but these two homes looked pretty good so I thought I'd share. Of course it might have helped if I would have had my camera along instead of using my phone. Despite the look of the pics I was parked when I took the shots.
Great Rental Income Opportunity in Minot ND Just $199,900. This Landmark building in Minot ND is now available as a recently renovated duplex on Central Ave East close to Downtown, Roosevelt Park, and Minot's only Historical District Eastwood Park. This property was affected by the flood of 2011 but the owner took great care to retain much of the buildings original charm such as the tin ceiling on the main floor and the leaded glass window in the second story apartment. The main floor apartment is one bedroom, one bath. The upstairs apartment is two bedroom and one bath. Each unit has it's own laundry and the machines (4 comments)
