An inversion table is a great tool to keep your back straight. I found that owning one cut my trips to the Chiropractor form every two weeks to about every two years… or less. It’s kind of a shame as I found a GREAT chiropractor when I moved to Minot, her name is Amy Borgen and you can reach her at 701-852-0596. Amy is a Chiropractic Physician and is also Acupuncture certified. While hanging upside down is good for your physical health, hanging upside down financially is not good at all. Today Is The 12th Day Of Christmas! 12 Drummers Drumming and tomorrow it's the whole family packing. Today is the 12th Day Of Christmas and that means pack it up in our home. I will be sorry to see it go. The house looks so empty after taking down the decorations and the real feeling of Winter sets in. I think the house even feels colder! With all the decorations down it may be a good time to consider some painting inside the house. Up here on the North Coast you won't be doing anything outside (except maybe some shoveling) so get out the paint and spruce up (6 comments)
This is a beautiful Condominium set back from the road and any traffic. Wonderful sky high vaulted ceilings plus several sky lights make this a bright andcheery place. The wood fireplace has been converted to electric and still has the look, feel, and heat of the original wood without the mess and energy lossup the chimney. An inviting deck off of the Livingroom and the Master Bedroom to watch those Romantic Sunsets with the one you (6 comments)
The annual Upper Midwest Relief Sale and Quilt auction is always held the first weekend in April so this year it's April 1st and 2nd. My bride and her side of the family spend all weekend at the sale admiring the quilts and just enjoying the fun atmosphere of the auction. There is also all kinds of food I only see when this Mennonite group meets here in Minot. The quilts are awesome, some will even sell for more then $1,000.00 Every penny of the auction goes to the Relief Fund. You can't Pay (14 comments)
