Our growing season is at it's end and I am going to miss the beautiful colors of summer. Soon we will harvest the last of our garden produce and tilling everything under. Here are a few older videos I had done that you who are new to the area may find useful, especially those who have never lived in a cold climate before. The videos include: Preparing window AC units Choosing the right shovel Prepare for a HUGE humidity change At the bottom of the post is a word about hoses: leave them on the spigot and you WILL end up with plumbing damage.
