If you are home shopping, or maybe even have a home purchase in the works, the worst thing you can do is to go out and buy a car. If you do the chances of the lender calling off your home purchase are pretty good.
That being said, if you are NOT purchasing a home, right now is a GREAT time to purchase a vehicle. Now (late September) is when automotive dealers want to clear their showrooms of the current model year and make room for the next years models. This is my final market report as this is my final day as a licensed Realtor. I am going into semi retirement and will no longer have access to MLS market data to make these reports. 08/31/2018 This week there were 20 homes sold (closed) in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot. A look at the Red chart below shows there were 46 closings overall to include all properties in our MLS. While I am a licensed Broker Associate with Alliance Real Estate - Minot I am writing this from my new position as Project Coordinator for Tivoli Custom Homes. I was asked to come up with a literature box flier for the current model home. Two things to keep in mind: 1) Let's not print more then 12 at a time because we hope the home will sell soon (which eliminates a professionally printed flier). 2) I'm not a professional graphic designer and do not own any such type of program. The Tivoli Custom Homes model homes are located on 11th Ave NE just a couple of blocks off of Broadway and just a couple of blocks from Minot State University. I spend a lot of time at the model home located at #9 11th Ave NE and I sit right next to some great windows that face the back yard. I've enjoyed watching deer walk into the yard and lay down to take a nap. Today another family stopped by, mom, dad, and the two kiddo's. Dad opted out of the family photo.

When I revealed my plans to retire from Real Estate to the owner of Tivoli Custom Homes I was very pleased that he asked me to stay on as a "Project Coordinator". Check out this open house banner. Once in awhile the old dog gets lucky! Lately on Saturday when they print the open houses there have been 50 to 80 open houses. The standard format for the open house page is two columns for the width of the paper. I wasn't about to have an open house on Easter Sunday and my weekend looked pretty hectic already so I ruled out Saturday but I thought why not Easter Monday?
