02/10/2018 This week there were 4 homes sold (closed) in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot. A look at the Red chart below shows there were 10 closings overall to include all properties. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 91 compared to last weeks 117 days. Over all homes sold at a faster pace and for slightly less money per square foot this week.

We had 9 closings this week, an improvement over the 6 last week in our very narrow category of stick-built single family homes within the City limits of Minot. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 117, a HUGE increase over the 57 days on market last week which I commented was the best I’d seen all year. We only had 4 closings this week in our very narrow category of stick-built single family homes within the City limits of Minot but over-all with the townhouses and condo's sold it was a pretty good week for Real Estate sales in Minot. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 82, a slight improvement over last week’s 84 days.

We had only 9 closings this week, same as last week. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 120 days (moving the wrong direction from 110 days last week and yet slightly better than the 126 the week before that).
