While looking at Google Maps recently, it was so interesting to see the Chicago Botanic Gardens (in Glencoe) from above. It's amazing how large the area actually is. What a great draw for the village! And . . . Glencoe will be celebrating their sesquicentennial in 2019. Yeah - I had to look up that word too - it's 150 years!
On to real estate.
The Glencoe median sale price has been steady since July of 2016 after a precipitous drop:
