Usually when I write market reports for tiny Kenilworth, I must remind readers that Kenilworth is, well, tiny. That means there are fewer sales, and thus fewer stats. When the numbers are so low, it's not realistic to extrapolate too much from the stats. I like to do quarterly reports, but to analyze what's happening in Kenilworth, it's best to look at a longer length of time.
Nevertheless, here are the sales comparisions between the 1st quarters of 2015 and 2014.
