Where to Find the Cheapest Gas in Winnetka and the North Shore Gas prices! Whatever can be done? There's no place to escape to - it's expensive everywhere.
I drive a lot - it's an occupational hazard. But what about you - have you tried to cut back by walking or biking (okay for a few summer months) or combining errands (good for those that can remember things and are organized.)I'm usually on fumes when I pull into whatever station is nearest - and they're all too expensive right now in Winnetka and Wilmette, or even Glenview and Northbrook.
