See this switch plate? Yes, all the switch plates in a home that someone was trying to sell were like this. The house was vacant, but these said everything a buyer needed to know about the house -- it screamed "estate sale". It screamed "granny". It screamed "desparate seller". It screamed "clueless Realtor".

Recently during property previews for buyers in Treasure Island & Madeira Beach I've encountered situations where, on the phone & throughout the entire showing, the listing agents apologized & made excuses for all the things that were not done to the property or the listing itself.
A steady stream of comments like:
