The question is no longer “Where did all the good homes go? “ But better “Why can’t I find a home for sale?”
As some of you may know the market has shifted once again! And this time for the better! The inventory is at an all time low! Interest rates are reflective of the 1990’s value! Homes are priced as if you were buying them back in the early 2000!
