MI Homes newest community in Seminole County, Enclave at Bear Lake is taking off fast!!! They just had their grand opening and are already 1/3 of the way sold out!!! There are only 35 homesites total, so it is imperative that any interested buyer act quickly. The community is located in Seminole county with an Apopka address, but because of it's location right off of Maitland Blvd, most people assume it is in Maitland.
