The Government is giving First Time Home Buyers a credit on their 2008 Taxes of 10%, up to $8,000, of the sales price of a new home purchased and closed by November 30, 2009. For example: Sale Price of $55,000=$5,500 Check, or Sale Price of $75,000=$7,500 Check, or Sale Price of $125,000=$8,000 Check, and so on...
