There are so many blogs to read, so much great information to obtain. What blog to read or not to read. There are so many great bloggers on here and yet there is not enough time in the day to sit and read all the great, helpful information others make time to write for US! So if you have any blog that you think is wonderful, worth the time to read, that is very helpful or anything you may view as a must read..... please pass it along!!! Ok, short history on whats going on... ** Subscribe to my blog for updates *** This past 18months, I have been feeling icky... having heart racing, tingling in my chest, shortness of breath, overly tired, pains in my heart.... I have been going to my family Dr many times even hospitalized for this for 4 days and my Dr told me they were panic attacks.... well I began to believe him and even went to a shrink for them.... well................
