Here you go guys! It looks like the news for King George County is getting better slowly but surely! In reviewing the stats today we are noticing some good traffic and new numbers are showing an increase from 2009. Total homes on the market as of today active are 200 in King George County. There are 67 homes currently under contract, although there are several short sales, and 28 sold last month, compared to 13 last year in March. The biggest thing we noticed for Sellers is the days on market. This is how long it takes to sell your home. … (0 comments)
