Señor short sale tiene una gran noticia para dueños de casa que quieran vender su casa en short sale.  Muchos bancos están ofreciendo incentivos en efectivo para que dueños de casas con balances negativos y que estén atrasados en el pago participen en la en el short sale de su casa. Al mismo tiempo los bancos están permitiendo que estos dueños de casa se queden hasta finalizar la venta, este es otro gran incentivo.

Señor Short Sale has got some great news for sellers that would like to sell their home as a short sale. 
Many banks are starting to offer great cash inventives that will speed up the process of the short sale and benefit all members of the transaction. A lot of these banks are also letting the sellers stay in the home till the close of escrow (another great incentive).
So what banks are giving out this cash and how much?

I have been a part of Active Rain since 2008 but really didn't start blogging on a consisten basis til 2010. I had wondered if anything would come out of blogging and had some doubts.
