inventory: Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2012 - 08/03/12 11:54 PM
Below is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2012.   There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to Nixa's real estate market lately.  The number of homes selling between $100-200K is considerably lower than normal, but the number of homes currently under contract in this price range indicate that this particular price range has had a very recent surge in activity and we can expect to see some very healthy numbers on next month's report.

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for June 2011.  It's good to see that the market is on the rise.  The number of homes under contract between $100-200K is a great indication of how this price range is taking off.  Much of this is due to the new construction homes currently being built.

inventory: Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report - June 2011 - 07/03/11 05:37 AM
Below is the Nixa MO Real Estate Market Report for June 2011.  There really isn't any rhyme or reason to the Nixa Real Estate Market right now.  Home sales are down in the $150-200K price range, consistent with the Springfield MO Real Estate Market, but much less than the Ozark MO Real Estate Market.  However, the number of homes under contract in this price range indicates an upward trend.  The number of homes on the market has drastically increased over this same time last year.  It is definitely a good time to buy a home in Nixa, but not the best … (4 comments)

Below is the Ozark MO Real Estate Market Report for June 2011.  This month's report is  encouraging in that the number of homes selling in Ozark has increased.  Unlike the Springfield MO Real Estate Market, homes priced from $150-200K experienced the highest increase in sales.  There are currently more homes under contract than have sold recently in several price ranges, indicating that Ozark MO is a great market in which to sell a home right now.

Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for June 2011. The market is down for homes priced from $100-200K, but sales are up for homes priced at $200K and up.  It appears that the first-time homebuyer market still hasn't rebounded from the tax credit frenzy of this time last year.  Once the first-time homebuyers return, I suspect we will see the market flourish even more in the home priced above $200K.

inventory: Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for May 2010 - 06/12/10 08:34 AM
Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for May 2010.  The difference the first-time homebuyer tax credit made on our market is astounding.  The telling report is the Inventory Report.  As you can see, the number of homes under contract has dropped dramatically as most buyers who were under contract by the end of April closed by the end of May, yet the number of homes going under contract diminished considerably.
