learning: Oh Active Rain, How I Have Missed You

It's been a little while since I have really spent time on here. It wasn't intentional. And no, AR, it wasn't you, it was me. We get caught up in our buyer and seller meetings, negotiations, and additionally in my case, illness, kiddo, vacation, my outside blog & website, and then the Real Estate Barcamp that is coming up in a few weeks. I LOVE Active Rain. There. I said it. It took awhile for me to get into it, because I didn't truly understand it. Why would I want to blog here? Why comment on other agents' posts?
