A regular stamp will cost 49 cents come January 26, 2014. Forever stamps can be purchased at the current rate of 46 cents each until January 26, and can be used, well, essentially "forever." The largest/most noticeable increase will be the price to mail a package -- an increase of 6%. To note, in the past, increases have only been 1.7%. Another rising cost will be that to mail a postcard -- a one cent increase to 34 cents. The reason for these increases? They are supposed to help the USPS … (18 comments)
