subprime: What Kind Of Selection Do We Have Left In Mortgages

Ok, it is not news that subprime has pretty much become a thing of the past, but for those Realtors, who are also loan officers, how do you know what type of selection you have left? The market is changing so rapidly that you don't know what programs are still available or what banks are offering them. Or what about the homeowner who for whatever reason, has not noticed all that is going on. You can familiarize yourself and your clients with updating them that everytime a bank closes, its doors to subprime, the next bank is taking a larger risk; … (1 comments)
