Hi does everybody know about the new tax credit for first timers and anyone how hasn't bought a home in the last 3 yrs? go to federalhousingtaxcredit.com I think its misleading because you have to pay it back. But I sure have been making all buyers and sellers know of this. It gives you something positive to talk about! and of course the theme for all of us should be positive talk. and all in all it's a very nice perk right now. Does anybody know who is responsible for having this on the table? is it George? Hilary? Tom? … (0 comments)
