Sue and I have moved to a new office with EXIT 1st Class Realty!  We are so pleased and excited; already our production is better and easier.  Finally, a company that asks..."How can we help YOU?"  They are constantly training, sharing ideas, and including more tools in the EXIT arsonal to put you at peak performance.  I only wish we had moved sooner...

realtors: Disaster Relief for Fay Flooding - 08/21/08 12:05 PM
I live in Palm Bay, FL; one of the hardest hit areas in Brevard county due to Tropical Storm Fay.  The devastation here is terrible.  People close to me have lost everything they own due to flooding.  Unfortunately, regular homeowner's insurance does not cover most types of flooding that have occurred in this area.  Anything anyone can do monetarily to contribute would be so helpful!
For Realtors that have been affected by the flooding, you may be able to receive relief from the Florida Association of Realtors Disaster Relief Fund.  Take digital pictures of the damage, and fill out an application and deliver to Melbourne Area … (0 comments)

I am going to be completely blunt...I had a bit of frustration today and I think I need to vent. 
I want to begin with saying that I do love my job and enjoy the people I interact with.  I have to say that I have absolutely killer clients.  I love my inspectors, closing agents...everyone.  Most everyone...
I am aware that all realtors are not created equal.  I have had great joy working with terrific agents who know their stuff and work as hard as I do.  But...  I have to say that the one I am trying to work with … (1 comments)
