I am sure if you are reading this blog then you have been keeping up with the market and do not need a quick synopsis of what has been happening over the past 3 years. Realtors as well as Sellers have been struggling and hoping for better days; the buyers, well are just popping popcorn watching the show. First off, let me say that I totally understand why SOME buyers are hesitant on pulling the trigger. feedback: Good REALTOR Bad REALTOR....Our Industry Needs Good

Being a REALTOR, I hear it a lot. REALTORS get a bad rap as being lazy, not returning calls and in general not having a sense of urgency. Well, I am here to agree....to an extent. You have heard of the 80/20 rule I am sure. One example is 80% of the nation's wealth is controlled by 20% of the population.....you can use the rule of thumb with many situations. My blog consists of common questions and concerns dealing with buying and selling real estate. Covering all of Wake County which is the home of Raleigh, Cary, Fuquay Varina and Holly Springs just to name a few...you can always count on an informative ...not so boring opinion. It's a STEW of information dealing with all aspects of Real Estate.
