How is the real estate market in Rapid City, South Dakota. For once - similar to other parts of the country... Low inventory, mulitple offer situations, sellers getting closer to asking price, buyers not being able to "think about" the good stuff. Especially westside Rapid City. That seems to be having the most success. Check out my video about the June Rapid City real estate market on my blog! (it was cool - my first ipad video uploaded to youtube. Much better quality than the laptop camera!)

The May 2012 Real Estate Market Report...on video!! We've had a similar real estate market as I have been hearing across the country - lower inventories, well priced homes in the right areas of town going quickly, multiple offer situations... We're even starting to see prices edge up a little more as sellers are getting closer to their asking price.
