I was just reading about how we can better protect our kids from predators online; One way to keep our kids safe is to make sure that they are not posting a "profile" about themselves. Or writing their own blog. Explain to your child that a profile, or a blog can be viewed by anyone. Even people who can't be trusted. Just read about some new programs that can help home shoppers save a ton of money...! Check this out... You can research what programs are available in a given County! A Home Buyer can obtain the Federal tax credit (if you close escrow by November 30, 2009) - after you buy the home, BUT, builders, some sellers, some lenders will give you cash when you need to seal the deal at the end of the transaction.
