Does my agent have to present all the offers that come in on my home to me?  (Seriously???!?)
 
 
 
ARE YOU SERIOUS?  Your agent must, must, must present all offers that come in on your home.  At the minimum, the agent must tell you that you've received the offers, and what they are, talk with you about them, and ask you what you'd like to do next.  You are the boss.  Your agent works for you.

One of the things that often occurs as a result of a divorce, is the need to sell a home or other shared rental properties.  Selling shared real estate is an important detail to research and decide carefully upon.  
 
Deciding whether to sell.. 
Whether or not you must sell your home during a divorce, will depend upon a number of factors.  For instance, if there are children involved, a judge may decide.  If one spouse bought the home, and the other spouse's name is not on Title (the deed), that spouse may have less leverage.
