ARE YOU SERIOUS? Your agent must, must, must present all offers that come in on your home. At the minimum, the agent must tell you that you've received the offers, and what they are, talk with you about them, and ask you what you'd like to do next. You are the boss. Your agent works for you.

Deciding whether to sell.. Whether or not you must sell your home during a divorce, will depend upon a number of factors. For instance, if there are children involved, a judge may decide. If one spouse bought the home, and the other spouse's name is not on Title (the deed), that spouse may have less leverage.
