ventura new construction: Ventura: "La Barranca" New Construction - Each Floorplan Discussed..

Very excited! :-) Yesterday I got the chance to tour the new construction homes being built above Foothill Road, in Ventura California. The name of the community is, "La Barranca." The small 9-home development is being built by Williams Homes. The community is set up in a cul-de-sac orrientation, and the top two homes (homesite #8 and #9) have their own private driveway - and the best views in the development, I might add.
Every home in the community has a downstairs bedroom - which I thought was a great idea.
