I don't know about you...but I DO dream. Standing in the kitchen, or sitting at may desk, looking on line.... ...and then , 1...2...3...4...5...and the Mega Ball.....and I've won.... be it $15 million or $150 million..... ...I've won the lottery! I really do know ONE of my first purchases.....right there in that photo! But once the crazy settles down, you've got a financial plan, and set up your foundation (well, duh, what else are you going to do to save on taxes.....) I'd have a blast doing things like this.....

I'm not really in the mood to blog tonight....was a physical labor day today and I'm beat! Working a couple glasses of wine. But the last couple days, I've lost something. Two koi from my koi pond. I mean, that sucks. Pinky arrived last spring, and lasted all winter long, down in the bottom of the pond. I lost Kahauna to disease or something. So Pinky was in charge. I'm pretty sure that everyone needs some RE. Whether you have 20 listing or no listings. 1 buyer or 5 Buyers. 1 lead per day or 10 leads per day. Everyone needs some RE.... If anyone ever tells you that being self-employed is the best thing since sliced bread…well they have part of it right. I’m actually in Montana this week on my annual family visit. Unfortunately, due to the distance (and usually the stupid riduclous cost to fly here) I only make it once a year. Everyone says I’m on vacation. I think there is not a person alive that has not found themselves off track at some point. Maybe it happened once, and never again. Maybe it happened twice because you missed the first lesson. Maybe, you get off track weekly. In the crazy profession of real estate, staying on track can be a challenge. Maybe you are blessed with so much business, your follow up calls to your Sphere or past clients get forgotten. Or you don't keep up with those market reports and blog posts like you should. The tributes will go on for days, maybe even weeks. Some may go on forever. We will hope that the troubles of recent times will not overshadow the wonders of times past. As I am sure many of you do, I get numerous daily e-mails with inspirational quotes, tips and the like. Some days I just hit delete, to busy to read them. Other days, I'll stop, ponder, and sometimes even print out something that might end up on my office wall or in my calendar notebook. Something I'll want to read, again and again as a reminder. And then, you will run across something you just feel like sharing. I can't say I'll "franchise my real estate buiness" but it makes me want to think big!
