July 20, 2013 Update to this Story --- The Atlantic was sold from ST Residential. But, the building has since been sold again, and now ALL OF THE REMAINING HOMES WERE CONVERTED TO RENTALS!!! This is VERY unfortunate for the few buyers that purchased in the building. Now that it is some 60+% rental units, they will most likely NOT be able to sell because no buyer will be able to get financing...and let's face it, who would BUY in an apartment building.
