So Thom, how is the InTown Atlanta real estate market and points beyond? I'm asked that question all the time! Real estate really is a local thing. And by local, one subdivision can be selling better than the one across the street! It could be the raod between them is the dividing line for a school district. Or one builder built a better quality than the other. In condominium buildings, it could be the types of floor plans, the style of the building or even the location can be a few blocks in the right (or wrong) direction. But I can (5 comments)

There are many definitions, but let's just say anything inside I-285, or "Inside the Perimeter - ITP" is Intown Atlanta! There are many neighborhoods, from Buckhead, to Brookhaven, Morningside, Midtown, and Midtown West, to actual cities like Decatur, Chamblee, and Doraville.
