speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday - The Talent of Youngsters
- 09/04/11 12:07 PM
This video came across my inbox in some form or fashion this week. While not famous, I'll be quite surprised if they don't appear at a major sporting event near you soon. Or perhaps they have? Another "take" on our National Anthem, and a good one I think. But I'll let you be the judge....

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday --My Own EcoSystem Created!
- 07/31/11 11:18 AM
One of my "personal" goals this year was to restart my fish pond. The fountain provides such a relaxing sound, and I enjoy my first cup of morning coffee watching the fish scurry around in the pond. Yesterday, I added one koi to the already very happy four gold fish. He/she is still getting use to the enviornment as we don't see him moving around as much as the others. This morning while doing my weekly routine maintenance and balancing, I was surprised to first see the water lily had opened its first flower, and then I got a special

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday--Sunset Over Midtown Atlanta
- 07/17/11 02:35 PM
I rested the camera on the car door to try and capture this shot. The orange looking building to the left is normally almost a black color because of the exterior glass, but the sunset behind me was casting this incredible glow on the buildings. It was really awesome Sunset Over Midtown Atlanta...maybe with a bit of editing this might be a new business card.....

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday -- The W Downtown Atlanta
- 04/17/11 08:33 AM
I finally made it to the pool on the 16th Floor of the W Hotel Downtown Atlanta this past week. Of course, it's usually reserved for hotel guests, but I was attending a special event being held there. It's really awesome. Just so you know, the second picture I captured by sitting my camera on the glass top table and taking the picture without flash.....pretty cool, eh?

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday -- The Girl And The Pond
- 03/13/11 12:28 PM
As I promised myself I would, I took today off. Well, almost. I sent a few e-mails first thing in the morning, and I did answer my phone anytime it rang. But my long dormant fish pond got a complete drain, clean and new water, along with a new pump. Next will come water plants, water stablizing and finally some fishes!!! What a refreshing, recharging day it was!

speechless sundays: Special Moments In Time. How Do You Remember Yours?
- 02/20/11 12:52 PM
When my sister first called me to ask if I could come home for a surprise party for my Mom's 75th birthday, I thought how exciting. Then I remembered it's February in Montana. February + Montana = COLD and SNOW. But I said I'd see what I could do. If you have ever flown to Montana, let me just tell you, You can go pretty much anywhere else for less money. But I made it work, and here I am. I had challenges with getting an Internet connection at her house. I've always been able to find an open wireless network,

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday - A Midtown Photo Moment
- 02/12/11 11:58 PM
Yesterday, I was walking around Midtown Atlanta, building my photo library for my Community Pages on MyMidtownMojo. I'm also borrowing a Nikon D60 camera with a wide angle lens. It's certainly wakened my interest in a bigger, better camera for my blogging and real estate photography needs. So, while walking, I found this picture of interest, since I would not normally see that tree trunk when the leaves were out. Always interesting what we find to photograph.

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday -- A Camera Is Always At Hand
- 12/19/10 02:34 PM
I've not posted for Speechless Sunday in sometime....not sure why? But I am happy that blogging has made me take more pictures when I travel, or when I'm out and about. (At least if I don't forget the camera...) And you really get to capture some great moments...

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday -- Did You See The Movie, Where The Red Fern Grows?
- 09/19/10 05:18 PM
This picture reminds me of that movie.....just behind these poppies is where my family home once stood...until it was destroyed by fire in 2005.... ....blogging has made me try and capture more moments via my camera...since you don't have to wait for the film, and you can take a trip down memory lane anytime you want. I just need to remember to take even MORE pictures than I do.....

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday - Montana Mountains
- 05/31/10 01:50 AM
Speechless Sunday -- Montana Mountains Just arrived yesterday for a week visiting my Mom in Livingston, Montana. Flew into Bozeman and on our way from Bozeman to Livingston, snapped this one as we zipped along the interstate. A recent snow fall caps the mountains, but not really visible in this picture. There will be more to follow! Happy Memorial Day, and yes, I'm a day late on my Speechless Sunday. Shall we call it a Magnificent Monday?

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday -- Misty Atlanta Morning
- 05/23/10 02:04 PM
Speechless Sunday -- Misty Atlanta Morning I actually slept in to a whapping 7:30am today! But as I was getting my morning coffee, and my morning going, I glanced out the window. This picture did not really capture the essence, but it reminded me of say a coastal area where you get the low lying fog/mist and it starts to burn off in the morning sun.

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday - For the Love of a Dog!
- 05/09/10 01:45 AM
I had the pleasure of attending the Canine for a Cause Fashion Show, sponsored by P.A.W.S. Atlanta no-kill animal shelter this past week. I'll write more about the event later..... Meet Sherman! He repeatedly asked me, " I'm cute! Don't you want to take me home?" To which I replied, somewhat heartbroken, "No, I can't right now." Sherman is a Saint Bernard mix, so he will be a big boy when he grows up! If you'd like to give Sherman a good home, contact P.A.W.S. Atlanta 770-593-1155

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday! What A Difference A Week Makes!
- 02/21/10 12:19 AM
Cindi Lauper once did a song, "Money Changes Everything." Ok, that's a whole other blog topic. So let's just go with the idea of "A Week Changes Everything." Hard to believe the view in front of my house a week ago looked like this! Today it will be in the mid 60's. "A Week Changes Everything."

Speechless Sunday Picture Perfect Atlanta Real Estate Can you tell it's about 35 degrees out side and we were OUTSIDE at a photo shoot for models in their underwear! Yes, underwear! But there were some beautiful shots from the roof of the Glenn Hotel in Downtown Atlanta! I can see some of the Atlanta Real Estate just waiting for new owners! A video is forthcoming!

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday

Ok, you all know me well enough NOT to ever be speechless! Keep your fingers crossed that the real estate gods (or whomever you want to refer to) will send me to the closing table enough this spring to get my good friend, Wilma The Wildcat back on the street. I mean really, is that not a striking example of what Detroit could produce back in the good old days?

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday in Helen, Georgia, January 2010
- 01/03/10 10:44 AM
Camera in tow, we ventured off to the mountains of North Georgia, and the quaint little town of Helen, Georgia. It was cold and breezy, but the sights were aplenty for picture taking! With a little magic wand... Here we are! We might not be able to sell you a mountain home (but I know some great agents that will) if you want to find your place that might not have as much ice around the pool, let The Thom And Ray Team help you find the perfect Midtown Atlanta Condo!

speechless sundays: Speechless Sunday! The Beauty of The World Around Us!
- 12/27/09 03:38 AM
I'm standing at the kitchen counter this morning, working on my laptop. I'm currently missing the blinds for my kitchen door, which is fine, as I moved my bird feeders outside the door, and can see them much easier. My last purchase of birdseed has not been well received. I mean, even the squirrels have left it alone. But, I filled them on Christmas morning, and today, had a wonderful guest for brunch! Are you looking for a Midtown Atlanta Condo with a view?(Bird feeders on balconies NOT allowed, sorry!) Let me help you find just the right
