Ha! That got your attention, didn't it? I had a few of those. I didn't make the leader board for my company, but I was the leader on my own board in my own office...and I met those goals! (So we upped the game for 2021!) When I joined PalmerHouse Properties some 10+ years ago, we had 300 or so agents....1 person that cut commission checks, and 1 broker-in-charge. Fast forward to 2020..and wow! A picture is worth a thousand words! I don't post this brag or anything....but more that I'm glad I found this company. There are many definitions, but let's just say anything inside I-285, or "Inside the Perimeter - ITP" is Intown Atlanta! There are many neighborhoods, from Buckhead, to Brookhaven, Morningside, Midtown, and Midtown West, to actual cities like Decatur, Chamblee, and Doraville.
